Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
Lorsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For shipping-related issues, please contact the carrier directly.
